Susan's Personal History:
Born in Brooklyn and raised on Staten Island, New York.
Married 22 years to Pankaj Saurastri, a native of Lucknow, India.
Every two years, Pan and I travel to various cities around the world on our way to visit his family in India. We've admired the beauty of the Royal Palace in Bangkok and laughed with the kids of Tibet while riding a cable car in the Himalaya Mountains.
We've knelt in prayer at Notre Dame in Paris and feasted on the best Italian food in Rome. We've been awestruck by the art of Florence and bartered with shopkeepers at the Stanley Market in Hong Kong.
We stood at the base of the Taj Mahal and were incredulous at the splendor created in the name of love. We've delighted in the snow-covered mountains overlooking Katmandu, Nepal and danced till dawn in Mazatlan.
We've been blessed by the beauty and kindness of people worldwide. Through all my travels over the years, I've learned many interesting facts.
